About the Trainers:

Christopher Cramer - General Manager/ Lead Performance Coach
Trainer Christopher Cramer has a BS in Exercise Science from Western Oregon University, over 2 years coaching experience coaching college-aged athletes, and many years as a competitive athlete. He is also an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, and has specialized in the areas of injury prevention and sport performance.

Christopher is currently Head Coach of the Boy's Varsity soccer program at Columbia High School.  In his first season at the helm he led CHS to a record-breaking 20 wins, 3 losses in a season where the team scored 115 goals, allowed just 21, and was crowned Co-Champions of the Trico League.  The team made it to the finals of the WIAA state playoffs and finished 2nd.  7 of his players were recognized in First Team, Second Team, and Honorable Mention All-League honors.

In addition, Christopher was named WSSCA's 2010-11 All-State Coach of the Year, while 4 of his players were named First Team All-State, one of which also earned the honor of being voted All-State MVP.

Prior to coaching at CHS, Christopher was Assistant Coach at Western Oregon University for their Women's soccer program.  At WOU Christopher was in charge of the team's strength and conditioning program and was recruiting coordinator, in addition to his general soccer responsibilities during the season. 

He hold a USSF "D" coaching license.

Associate Trainers:          Daniel Day - Performance Coach

Prior to joining River City, Dan spent the 2010-2011 season working as Goalkeeper Coach for the Western Oregon University Women's Soccer program. Dan brings a youthful exuberance and progressive approach to training.  During his stint at Western Oregon Dan was involved in various elements of the recruiting process.

After his stint at WOU Dan spent several months working with goalkeepers at College ID Camps (College Showcases) and working with College Prep programs for High School-aged athletes.

Dan is currently an Assistant Coach at Columbia High School and helped the team's defense post a record 12 shutouts in a season where his goalkeepers earned a .91 goal against average. 

Prior to moving to America, Dan was a successful goalkeeper at the semi-pro level in England.

He holds a USSF "E" coaching license.
